The TByrd Center Casino Games Division has worked very closely with Casino Executives to create a customized training program to fit their needs. Our “Casino Table Games Professional” course is six week, Monday thru Friday from 9am to 5:30pm. Students will earn four, yes 4 credentials upon successfully completing the training program: 2 separate table game credentials, carnival games bundle and casino table games professional development. Classes start every month. We pride ourselves with working with individuals who have master knowledge, skills, experience, education and professionalism in the casino industry to lead this division of the TByrd Training Center. The TByrd Center prides itself in being in the forefront of the re-invention of the Casino Games Dealer positions.
All graduates earn 4 credentials: Casino Table Games Professional: Blackjack and 1 other game, plus Carnival Games Bundle (3 and 4 card poker, let it ride) and Casino Dealer Professional Development.

The TByrd Training Center – Casino Dealer Training programs provide up-to-the-minute, relevant instruction on all the latest gaming trends and techniques. What you learn is based on the primary skills employers want to see in the dealers they hire AND what players like to see in the dealers they interact with and tip on the casino floor.
With our “hands on” teaching methods, the TByrd Center graduates learn a complete understanding of the gaming business. In addition, they will be thoroughly conversant with the rules, techniques, systems, procedures, equipment, and theory in their choice of one (or all) of the following casino games: Blackjack, Roulette, Poker, Mini-Baccarat/Carnival Games, and Craps. The student’s skills and abilities will be developed to a point that qualifies them for employment, at an entry level position (or higher) in the exciting casino industry.

“On the job” training in our simulated casino will help you to increase your speed, coordination and confidence on the floor.

Classes start every Monday. Upon completion of your chosen course, you’ll become a lifelong member of our Casino Gaming Division alumni. Come back any time to practice in our facilities, utilize our placement services, or attend a refresher course.
WHAT CREDENTIALS CAN I EARN?
Upon successful completion, students earn a minimum of four credentials: 2 table game credentials, carnival games bundle, in addition training will not only include the skill set to deal two table games in demand, ability to pass and audition for employment at any casino as a casino dealer. Students will also receive additional credential for our customized professional casino industry-based professional development skills for table games to get the job, keep the job and advance in the largest industry in South Jersey.
WHAT IS THE JOB OUTLOOK?
As one of the fastest growing industries on the east coast, Atlantic City’s demand for gaming dealers is expected to grow 14 percent by 2024, and these casino’s are in desperate need for quality trained dealers, each of the Atlantic City Casinos are recruiting dealers to meet the demand of new jobs in the coming years. The salary and tips for dealers combine for a potential starting pay of $40,000-$50,000 per year.
